By proceeding to the next page, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service bellow❥ Be mindful that I do work Full time as well as stream, so responses to DMs will be outside those windows.❥ Must credit me on any social media the model will be used on.❥ I will not rig the following:
- Furry/furries
- Fully mech/robotic
- Explicit p0rn0graphic NSFW
- Loli or underage
- Excessively muscular form
- Gore or excessively violent❥ Commission won't be accepted if Funds aren't currently available.❥ You will provide a 100% complete fully cut Ready to Rig PSD file.❥ I will NOT sell or share the Live2D file (moc3.) at any stage. Likewise you will not sell the completed model without my approval.❥ I will provide updates regularly. Just note that if you request an update, it might come once I have returned from work.❥ There may be 2 major revision(s) for each item shown during the process, not including mistakes made by the Rigger. Revision later in the process can only be minor. I will actively reach out for feedback.❥ Additional charge may be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.❥ I have the right to refuse, cancel, and refund service at any time.❥ I will only process payments through Paypal Invoice Only.❥ You will have 7 days to pay the Invoice once it is sent.❥ Once payment is received, you have 2 days to request a refund. Otherwise, refunds will not be issued once work has begun on the project.❥ Commissions can take up to 2 months to complete. Just depends on complexity, but I will try my best to communicate the expected timeline.❥ I may stream the rigging process at any time. Just let me know ahead of time if you want the project to be private.❥ I reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with my skillsets.❥ By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.❥ The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
